Saturn Aurora
From the Hubble Space Telescope, 10 seconds of Saturn's aurora in ultraviolet. As with Earth, there is a corresponding aurora at the North Pole. The "hot spot" is only at the South Pole, indicating that the aurora is not the cause of heating. Something else is keeping the planet warm.

I just love these pictures and videos of Saturn. One kind of has to wonder if the storm at the south pole is an indecation of some big changes within the planet.
Rae Ann, your sense wins out again. We know very little about Saturn's interior. There could be big things within Saturn, maybe even the jets from a Black Hole.
